Reading the website
The published pages do not require an account. The site code does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, social embeds or remotely hosted fonts. Images, styles and scripts are requested from the site’s own hosting location.
Delivering pages necessarily involves technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Hosting infrastructure may record this information in operational or security logs. This notice does not promise a particular hosting log-retention period.
The message builder
Text entered into the contact tool is assembled in your browser. The tool has no message-submission endpoint and does not upload the fields, store a draft in local storage or transmit the text through analytics.
Choosing Copy places text on your device’s clipboard, subject to browser permissions. Choosing Download creates a plain-text file on your device. Clipboard history, browser autofill, downloaded files and device backups are controlled by your browser, operating system and settings. Anyone with access to your device may be able to access them.
If you send an email
When you send a message through your own email service, the recipient receives the information you choose to include, your email address and ordinary email metadata. We use correspondence to read and respond to your request, consider editorial feedback and maintain relevant records. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or information about another person without a valid reason.
Email providers process messages under their own arrangements. We do not use the browser message builder to enrol you in marketing or sell the information you type. Correspondence should be retained only as needed for its purpose, applicable obligations and legitimate recordkeeping.
Choices and applicable rights
You can browse without using the contact tool. You can clear your clipboard, remove downloaded messages and manage browser data through device settings. Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing, and to contact a relevant supervisory authority.
Send a sufficiently specific request to the privacy email above. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your data. Rights and exemptions depend on applicable law; not every request requires all records to be erased.
